Another example of how golf seems to regularly use more advance technology in teaching and player development. This device, I think, is used by some teaching professionals as well as companies designing equipment. The cost of this machine runs about $20-25,000.
One thing that caught my eye is that this device can measure the spin of the ball. I had heard that some professional baseball teams have used some type of device to measure the spin of the ball leaving a pitcher's hand.
