Kharma, not sure I understand what clip you are talking about. In general the clips are as long as the source material allows. If it is cut off in the gif it was probably cut off in the source unfortunately but I can check.

Harpers is the worst of the bunch and proves that the coaches in pro ball actually do nothing to perfect mechanics. He is in a great position to crow hop quickly and does but then takes another step by drop stepping his ball arm leg that takes up valuable time and allows him to over rotate and radically scapular load. None of these throwers rotate through their drives well enough.
None of them have been taught how to crowhop on the catch simultaneously, one of the lost arts of outfield throwing. This is where the ball arm leg is already driving forwards while you are gloving the ball.
