I wanted to toss around supplement ideas based on peoples experience with them. There are zillions of different types of products in this market. I wanted to start it off with protein.
I recently switched to Elite Gourmet protein witch is a whey/casein blend. The flavor and mixabilty is outstanding in milk or water. My current flavor is cookies and cream.
The price is 35.00 for a 5lb drum. It is 20grams of protein per scoop.

I get all my supplements from Whole Foods, because I figure they will be better quality and I will get what is on the label (in terms of actually getting the supplement and not chemicals).
Here's what I take: - creatine - multi vitamins - fish oil - flax seed oil - glutamine - vitamin b12 complex
They have a good protein powder with BCAA's and all the essential amino acids as well as a drink that has the same.
I believe that supplements should be supplements, so to me food is more important. These organic chocolate proteins bars at WF are good but are like 2$ each.

As far as protien bars go, Im not sure whats best for you, but the best tasting is promax. They have 4-5 different flavors, and they are all awesome....again I will have to concede to cookies and cream being my favorite flavor.
