I am new to this forum, love it already. For all of you guys on the weigh training issues. I have a couple of questions.
Do you do max effort lifts with baseball guys? 1 RPM or a 3 RPM estimate?
What % do you use on lifts? DO you think freshman in high school should be treated differently than seniors?
