Off topic, but watch Jeter....turns to the OF for throw in or prepared to go out for a relay...then when Arod makes the diving catch gets to 2B in case he is needed there instead of watching the play.....just something to show your players....always be a step ahead...nice clips!!

Nice clip! Love being able to see the pronation through release...

Some great gif's here. A description I heard from an old scout went something like this.
"I want to see an infielder fire bullets out his right tit."
I liked this... ;D

Thanks Noontime. These are great to show my daughter. Austin's articles have really helped her out- she's got a long way to go but so far no more elbow pain.

Glad they helped!
If you (or anyone) come across more good throwing clips on MLB.com or youtube, post the link here and I can turn them into a GIF. Hitting GIFs are plentiful but good views of throwing clips are in shorter supply.
Cheers, NoonTime

are infielders taught to throw with the high elbow? I teach elbow slightly below shoulder and hand slightly below elbow and inside elbow. I have them think small circles. Elbow leads hand, snap wrist and pronate throw.
