Basically a reversal of HIT, making it LIT (low-intensity training).
I'm sure it's real good for endurance and limiting outright raw bulk, but lacks the power and explosive lifts needed to be a well rounded athlete.
Both need to be utilized.
Since he/you are saying "one set per muscle group" he has to mean isolation exercises. Ground based multi-joint compound movements HAVE to be utilized in an athlete's program. At least until a rock solid base of muscularity has been built.
