Pedro's all-time win numbers do not hit the magical 300.
However I think you have to consider this guy, he was flat out amazingly dominant for several years. I don't really attention that closely but for years there was talk of getting rid of 300 as a marker altogether but several ended up getting there anyway.

I don't really think there is much debate as to whether or not Pedro is a HOFer...he is.

No doubt, this man in his prime was the best there was. He won CY youngs won World Series, there is not a doubt in my mind that he will be in the HOF. I was extremely surprised that Philly did not want him. He pitched rather well for them in the short time span he had played in.
