www.dieselcrew.com/how-to-shoulder-rehab/Good article and 10 minute video with a full shoulder rehab protocol. Mixes in dumbells and bands. Just all kinds of good stuff in there. Face pulls. Love them. Also can do them on a cable crossover machine with the double handles raised up high, or vary the heights to hit it from different angles.
