I guess this is the right spot to put this. If I could go back in time and redo some things, one would be working out harder and doing more than just upper body. Here is video of me running the 60 at the beginning of this summer. I've never really had any instruction on how to run. I got a 6.65 which at the time was my best (I've gotten in the 6.4-6.5 range hand timed though).
